COVID-19 Response Update

To all our Clients, Friends, Family and Team Members,

We hope everyone is well. As we cope with the spread of the COVID-19, we are aware of the impact that it is having on our local communities, and around the world and how it is changing the way we do business.

At Encotech, our highest priority is the well-being and the safety of our team members, families, clients, and community. Therefore, we are practicing social distancing and following the precautionary guidelines by the CDC. We are doing all we can to lessen the impact while continually providing the quality of service you’ve been accustomed to.

All our staff is set up and able to work remotely. Our project teams will be using a variety of videoconferencing software for external meetings to continue collaboration on project designs. Also, we suspended all nonessential travel. Although we may not be able to meet face to face, our commitment to you and your projects has not changed.

We understand that these are not ordinary times, and we will do whatever it takes to have our operations and communication protocols running as usual. Encotech’s staff is ready to continue supporting you and your project teams. We are also aware that things can change, and we will address every scenario with a positive and forward-thinking approach.

Within the next few days, our Project Managers will contact those of you who have ongoing projects with Encotech. We want to make sure that all channels of communication, including email, phone, and text, remain open and active.

We are confident that all of us will come out of this uncertain time, more robust and wiser.
