120 Josephine Apartments: Modern Urban Lifestyle

The 120 Josephine Apartments project is a new multifamily development located between West Josephine and West Grayson Street at Euclid Avenue in San Antonio, Texas. Nestle between highways 281 and I-35, this modern urban lifestyle building is just a short walk from the Pearl Brewery and Brackenridge Park.

The 120 Josephine Apartments project is a new multifamily development located between West Josephine and West Grayson Street at Euclid Avenue in San Antonio, Texas. Nestle between highways 281 and I-35, this modern urban lifestyle building is just a short walk from the Pearl Brewery and Brackenridge Park.

The project consists of 254 apartments in a 5-story wrap-style building that includes a leasing office and retail space. The project also includes a 355 space, parking garage of approximately 151,500 sf with an outdoor swimming pool, swimming deck, and club/fitness center all located on the roof of the garage.

Encotech provided both Structural and MEP engineering services for the project. Encotech served as the Engineer of Record. The structural scope of work required coordination with the precast engineer to design the foundation for the precast parking garage and the interface between garage and building. The MEP team provided design services for the retail space that was designed as a cold dark shell with electrical and plumbing service provided to the entire building.
