Senior Electrical Engineer | Project Manager

Encotech seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our MEP Engineering Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Perform and lead electrical engineering analysis, design, planning, review, and construction administration for projects of varying sizes and complexity within a specific engineering discipline.
  • Apply advanced engineering concepts, principles, and practices to conduct a wide range of engineering activities across various work environments.
  • Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in researching precedents, trends, and patterns to develop innovative methods and techniques.
  • Resolve unique problems and recommend tailored solutions to specific circumstances and situations.
  • Review completed work periodically to ensure effectiveness and compliance with standards.
  • Regularly communicate with internal and external leadership to drive project objectives.
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Business Development:
    • Support marketing the firm’s services, estimating, acquiring, and signing contracts.
    • Refine pursuit strategies by market segment and develop approaches to individual project pursuits based on strategic plan updates.
    • Provide leadership in planning, directing, and implementing an aggressive marketing/business plan to leverage existing relationships and develop new ones.
    • Cross-selling: Introduce additional MEP technical services to existing clients and support other technical departments in providing their services to existing clients.

Mechanical Engineer | Project Manager

Encotech is seeking a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager at Encotech’s MEP Engineering Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Perform and lead engineering analysis, design, planning, review, and construction administration for large and small projects in the Mechanical Engineering discipline.
  • Preference for Plumbing Engineering experience, though not required.
  • Apply advanced engineering concepts, principles, practices, and methods to a broad range of engineering activities in diverse work environments.
  • Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in researching precedents, trends, and patterns to develop new methods and techniques.
  • Resolve new and unusual problems and recommend solutions to unique circumstances and situations.
  • Ensure completed work meets requirements and specified results, reviewed periodically for technical soundness, appropriateness, and compliance with standard engineering practices.
  • Maintain regular contact with internal and external leadership to influence and motivate others to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage and oversee projects as the sole point of contact for the full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design.

Graduate Electrical Engineer | EIT Designer

Encotech is seeking an Electrical Graduate Engineer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Engineering Design: You’ll be responsible for performing and leading others in engineering design, planning, and review. This includes working on small to medium projects and designated segments of larger complex projects within a specific engineering discipline.
  • Professional Application: Apply your knowledge of professional engineering concepts, principles, practices, and methods to tackle various engineering activities across various work environments.
  • Guidance and Judgment: Collaborate with experienced engineers to provide guidance. As a Designer, you’ll exercise judgment in interpreting, analyzing, and adapting methods, techniques, and procedures to specific cases.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure completed work meets technical soundness, appropriateness, and compliance with standard engineering practices.

Graduate Plumbing Engineer

Encotech is actively recruiting a Graduate Plumbing Engineer to join our MEP Engineering Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Perform and lead engineering design, planning, and review for small to medium projects and designated segments of larger complex projects in a plumbing engineering discipline.
  • Apply engineering concepts, principles, practices, and methods to various plumbing engineering activities in diverse work environments.
  • Exercise judgment in interpreting, analyzing, and adapting methods, techniques, and procedures to specific cases, with potential guidance from experienced Plumbing Engineers.
  • Initially, completed work is reviewed for technical soundness, appropriateness, and compliance with standard engineering practices.

Structural Engineer | EIT

Encotech is actively seeking a dynamic Structural Engineer (EIT) to join our vibrant Structural Engineering Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Engineering Design: you will be performing entry-level engineering analysis, design, and document preparation for a variety of projects, ranging from small to medium-sized endeavors and designated segments of larger, more complex ventures.
  • Professional Application: you will apply professional engineering concepts, principles, and practices to tackle various engineering tasks across different work environments.
  • Guidance and Judgment: while working closely with experienced engineers, you can exercise your judgment in interpreting, analyzing, and adapting methods and techniques.
  • Quality Assurance: your work will be meticulously reviewed for technical soundness, appropriateness, and adherence to standard engineering practices.
