Encotech provided MEP design services. We designed all the electrical systems, lighting, and power outlet layout and circuiting for the new buildings and the entire site for the Electrical scope.
The Mechanical design included zonal load analysis, sizing, and scheduling of HVAC equipment based on zoning. The mechanical scope also involved the design of all ductwork and location of air registers, grill, and temperature sensors. Additionally, Encotech provided a LEED V3 for New Construction compliant Energy model. The team exceeded 18% efficiency over baseline, as shown by the model.
The Plumbing engineering team provided water and wastewater and natural gas piping load analysis, sizing layout, riser diagrams, and condensate piping design. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
