Encotech provided MEP Engineering design services for the building shell and tenant finish-out services in the Medical Tower at Shadow Glen building. The tenant build-out included the first floor only and consisted of a 2,797 SF Urgent Care area, 4,035 SF Imaging area, and 1,290 SF Pharmacy area.
Encotech had to plan the ventilation/exhaust chases, electrical, and plumbing for future tenants based on estimates about occupants. The mechanical design included split HVAC systems and ductwork for the lobby areas and sizing of the HVAC system for future tenants.
The electrical design incorporated all lighting and 480V power layout and circuiting. Encotech coordinated with other subconsultants who provided life safety and technology elements for their power needs.
The plumbing element of the project called for water/wastewater piping, natural gas piping, and condensate piping.
