Community is at the core of Encotech’s values. As a firm and as individuals, we have a significant role in helping shape and build strong communities. Our commitment goes beyond the scope of services we provide by volunteering time and supporting non-profit organizations that promote and deliver well-being. Encotech’s team members are active volunteers in their communities, whether it’s caring for the elder, fundraising to support entrepreneurship in underdeveloped countries, volunteering to feed the hungry, or getting muddy to clean and pet animals in local shelters. We are part of the people, neighbors, and leaders of the communities that make Central Texas great. We love the places where we live, work, and play. We thrive when we all do good.
