Ms. Migl is an innovative leader who gives others the freedom to develop their best ideas while fostering a collaborative environment. The nature of Sarah’s work rewards attention to detail, and the real challenge is not to lose sight of the bigger picture. Effective communication and project timeliness are her trademarks.
